One delegate advocated paying higher wages to non-unionists so as to break up the unions. SATURDAY HALF HOLIDAY. Perth, January 26. A referendum of metropolitan electorates adopted a Saturday as againsi a Wednesday half-holiday. The change will operate from February 1.
