land bank recommended. By Cable—'Press Association—Copyright London, January 25. The report of a committee of the Agricultural Department on the position of tenant farmers recommends the establishment of a Land Bank to make advances to enable tenants to purchase their holdings and a scheme for the State purchase of estates, as a protection against tenants' dispossession. It also demands extended notices to tenants in the event of sale.
