The- Cabinet has approved of Dacey's scheme for workmen's dwellings for the •Government model, suburb, established on the Kensington estate. Four hundred acres will be divided into 850 allotments, which it is estimated will provide homes for 5000 people. Libsral provision has been made for recreation reserves and public buildings.
