A Kotorua wire says the Prime Minister will arrive there from Taupo today. A Masterton wire states that Mr. C. A. Pownall, barrister and solicitor, and several times Mayor of Masterton, died yesterday afternoon at the age of fortyseven. A Wellington wire says that Bishop Neville, Anglican Primate of New Zealand, returned to the' Dominion from England by the Tainui, which reached Wellington yesterday.
