New York, January Financial magnates interested in western railroads are considering a plan to merge all Mr. Hill's railroads with the Rock Island, and. Gould roads. The plan, outlined is a joint interest by the Rock Island and Chicago and Burlington lines in the Missouri-Pacific control of the Denver and Rio Grande railroad. The latter carries with it the ownership of the Western Pacific, also probably the joint obligation of the Rock Island arid Burlington with the Rio Grande in Western Pacific bonds.
