THE NO-LICENSE VOTE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, Tuesday. The consultative committee of Prohibitionists will hold a big meeting at Wellington on February 14 to decide what legislative action shall be taken. According to the Rev. Mr. Dawson, general secretary, the no-license vote increased by 92,000 compared with 1908. In 67 'out of 70 licensing districts majorities were cast in favor of national prohibition. In thirteen licensing districts the three-fifths majority has been exceeded-
