TROUBLE IN ECUADOR.
SEVERE LOSSES. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Guayaquil, January 21. There was fighting all night in the streets. A section of General Alfaron's troops defeated General Plaza, a supporter of the Quito Government. The losses on both sides were severe. The inhabitants are in a state of panic, fearing General Andrade will attack hte city.
