Owing to a general strike being threatened at Barcelona the Cabinet has resigned after submitting to the King a decree reprieving Coqueto, the seventh Cuellera rioter, who was found guilty on three counts, including brutally murdering Signor Succa, a judge, and his clerk.
Sneor Canalejas, the Premier, states that the King previously favored: clemency, but the Cabinet made a political mistake in not reprieving Cuquito with others charged.
Madrid, Later. Senor Canalejas' Ministry has resumed office.
