SEQUEL TO DIVORCE CASE.

Melbourne, January 16.

A tragedy took place in East Melbourne, when a man named Tullidge shot dead by another named Holt. Tullidge recently obtained a divorce from his wife, and Holt was co-re-spondent.

Holt and Mrs. Tullidge were'walking in the street when Tullidge accosted them. A struggle between the two men ensued, and two shots wer&, iired. Holt, when arrested, declared that Tullidge attacked him, and that he shot him in self-defence.
