Saturday evening's programme was reproduced at the Empire Theatre last Z e u nm & to an a PP r eciative audience, xne Temptations of a Great City," a drama in which various phases of life are depicted, was shown in a most realistic form. The Pathe Gazette's subjects relating to war, industry, etc., were well received. The working of the famous Oulhnan diamond fields was amongst the most interesting, this particular gem navmg a wide-world reputation. "Winter Movyers" attracts attention from all those who study the beauties of nature and is really well worth seeing. The humorous scenes created much merriment, and are the means of making many people feel the better for going out. This enjoyable programme will bl repeated tins evening!
