' After two days' sitting of the Court in I the Clouston Bond burglary case, James [ Haydon, William Stephenson and William Kennedy were committed for trial 1 . on a charge of 'breaking and entering the bond. The charge against John WilsW was dismissed on the ground of insufficient evidence. Brimmer was committed for trial on a charge of receiving goods, knowing the same to be stolen. Prank Campbell was also committed for trial ! on a similar charge. Bail was allowed in ! each case, self iri £2OO, and one or more 1 sureties up to £2OO.
