; A DWELLING DESTROYED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Napier, Last Night. A six-roomed dwelling at Greenmeadowsj owned by Mrs. J. K. Martin and occupied by.J. Peters, was totally destroyed by fire early this morning. Nothing was saved. The building was insured for £540. and the furniture for £IOO, in the' United Office.-.'"'* ■-- TWO HOUSES BURNED AT KILBIRNIE. Wellington, Yesterday. ; A lire this , jnorning destroyed two houses at Kilbirnie. One was owned and occupied by William Millar and was insured for £6OO in the Londond and Lancashire Office, and the furniture for £260 in the State Office.. The second house, occupied by W. J. Miller, was insured for £550 in the Queensland Fire Office, and the furniture foi £l5O in the Royal Office.
