The writ sets out that during September and October, 1911, Captain Watson instigated certain officers, employed by certain persons, firms and companies set out in the award of the Court of Arbitration re officers on small .. coastal steamers, to become parties to u an unlawful strike, thereby committing e an offence under Section 6 (1) of the Arj bitration Act. s The case is set down for January 30.
