The six days cycling race finished at 10 o'clock last night in the presence of a big and enthusiastic crowd. During the concluding hours many brilliant spurts were made :by the back men to make up lost ground, and by the leaders to gain any advantage, eo the positions altered little. I Entering the last lap, Lawson (AmerI ican), with Goullet (Victorian) in close I attendance, was leading, Grenda (Tasmania) and MacNamara (New South Wales) following. There was a great struggle.
