Sir Edward Grey, at the instance of the Imperial Merchant Service Guild, has taken action regarding the alleged arbitrary arrest at Sulina (a Roumanian town on the river Danube) of Captain Robinson, of the steamer Benhcad, and hail of €4OOO sterling of demanded. The Guild deny that the captain was at fault, and declare that he was arrested for purposes of extortion.
