CONGO TRIBES RISE.
NATIVES ARMED WITH MAUSERS. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright. Received 20, 1130 a.m. Brussels. December 82. Reports from Bomba state that the whole of the Welle district of the Congo has revolted. The insurgents are armed with Mauser rifles. Two thousand troops have been gent to quell the rising.
