His breeding is second to none in the Dominion, being closely allied to such celebrities as Multiform, Cruciform, Macnine Gun, etc. He never raced, but the performances of his dam, St. Laura, are well known, she being, with the exception of Cruciform, undoubtedly the best St. Leger mare ever raced in New Zealand, having won numerous races over all distances from six furlongs to iy 2 miles, mostly under heavy weights.
