Archbishop Bourne has arrived to arrange, tho next Euchari-stic Congress for the island in 1013 or 1914. SPANIARDS ATTACKED. Received 26, 11 p.m. Madrid, December 26. Several thousand tribesmen attacked Taurirtzag on Saturday night- and were repulsed. Seventeen Spaniards, including live officers, were killed, and forty wounded.
