Gibson Bowles, in a published letter, says he is rejoining the Conservatives because the Liberals are controlled bv the Nationalist and Socialist allies, and have become a revolutionary party. Mr. Bowles sat for King's Lynn as a Conservative from 1892 to 1006, but since 1010 has been a member of the Liberal Party.
