ABROGATION OK TREATY RESENTED By Cable—Press Association —Copyright, New York. December 17. Russia has protested against the abrogations of tho treaty of 1832. In the Senate the leaders declared that a modified resolution was certain to be adopted ending the treaty. Russia declared that the wording of the Sulzer resolution adopted in the House of Representatives was objectionable. A hurried meeting of the Cabinet was held at the White Hons*'.
