A POTENTATE'S REMISSNESS. By Cable—Press Association--Copyright. Delhi, December 17. Owing to comments on the seemingly indifferent manner displayed by the Gaekwar of Baroda when he paid homage to the King, the Gaekwar in a letter expressed sorrow at his failure to observe the proper etiquette, stating that it was due to nervousness. Received 18, 10.5 p.m. London, December 18. The Daiy Mail's Delhi correspondent states that the Gaekwar of Baroda, after a single bow. turned his back on their Majesties with a smile of which the intention was unmistakeable. M:ir\v Indian extremists came from I!:'.r<nla, even some of those employed in the Gaekwar's household, while the <\trr ini-t press has studiously excepted liiui from their scurrilous attacks on the other princes.
