FUNERAL OF A FRENCH SAILOR. By u«Dle—Press Association—Copyright Tangier, December 17. The -passenger with a broken leg has been landed. The body of the French sailor has been recovered, and shipped to France with an imposing ceremony. The British and French legation officers and British bluejackets were present. Hie Princess Royal sent a wreath. The King telegraphed to the President, thanking the French navy and regretting the loss of brave men. THE FRIANT FUSD. Received 18, 10 p.m. London, December IS. The Kin™ donated £l2O. and the Duke and Duchess of Fife €IOO to the Friant fund.
