EFFECT OF WOMEX YOTIXG. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. New York, December 8. Great interest is being taken in the Mayoralty election at Los Angeles. Women are voting for the first time. Alexander Good (Government candidate) secured a majority of 50,000 over Harriman (Socialist). Harriman was tho attorney representing tho MacNamaras. A drastic prohibition ordinance was defeated by two to one.
