The Republique Fj-ancaise alleges that Mr. Caillaux, Foreign Minister, semiofficially conveyed to Ring Alfonso a message stating that it would be dan-gov-!iS to the Spanish dynasty if the Mr ' id Cabinet did not display a conciliat< -v spirit towards France.
1 : ng Alfonso replied that Spain was not Portugal.
