The Canterbury Jockey Club has' decided to instal a 10s totalisator at the summer meeting. The Canterbury Jockey Club committee upheld the appeal of 0. Cudby (owner). C. Pritchard (trainer) and V. Coleman (rider) against a disqualification in connection with the running of Ooldbird in the Hurdles at the recent meeting. The stewards of the. club, having read the additional evidence, concurred in the removal of the disqualifications.
