Detective Head stated that he saw Dooley Klian, and asked about Silva's statement about the shooting. lie replied that he was at a neighbor's at the time the shooting took place. Butler also denied knowledge of the conspiracy to kill the family. Ching, father of the murdered children, gave evidence and denied that there was any suggestion of marriages between the Hindu and accused and his children. When witness wanted to search the house accused tried to prevent him. The hearing of the case was adjourned.
