The revolutionaries in Hankau district have asked for three days' armistice to consider the Government's terms. There are unconfirmed reports that Nanking has fallen. Tim Imperialist, General Wang, was killed on the 25th. The Tartar General took refuge at the Japanese Consulate, and the Governor on a Japanese steamer. Wuchang has fallen. NEGOTIATIONS FOR PEACE. A CONFERENCE PROPOSED. Received 20, 10..5 p.m. Pekin, November 2.9. Li-Ytian-llung informed Yuan-Shih-Kai that the revolutionists are willing to accept the terms originally proposed. Yuan-Shih-Kai replied that he is prepared to send delegates to the national conference at Shanghai.
