The shareholders in the Ross Goldfields Company, who object to pay a Is call per share, have taken action to restrain the directors proceeding in the matter before the Chief Justice to-day. The action was adjourned till to-morrow to enable Auckland shareholders to say if they will proceed for an interim injunction.
