BRITAIN AND GERMANY
SIR E. GREY'S SPEECH. IXTEXSE INTEREST. FREXCH REVEXGE. By Gable—Press Association—Copyright Received 28, 1 a.m. ■ London, Xovember 27. Newspapers in Britain, France and Germany show intense interest in Sir E. Grey's forthcoming statement. There are many indications of Radical unrest as a result of the British forei<m policy. r The Morning Leader declares that the Anglo-French entente has led to an immense revival of the revenge idea in France, and has embittered the relations of Britain and Germany. Unless Sir E. Grey can help to open a new chapter, the Radicals and Laborites will make a stand on behalf of peace. The Daily Xews states that Britain has allowed a piratical invasion of Tripoli. and has permitted France to tear up the Algcciras Agreement.
