Ottawa, November -')■ A Bill to amend the Public Enquiries Act is proposed in connection with the investigation of the expenditure of the Laurier Government. It is anticipated that new boundaries for Ontario and Manitoba will be arranged to give Ontario a Hudson Bay port. The Government has appointed special commissioners to enquire into a possible scheme of co-operation with regard to immigration between the provincial and Federal authorities.
