THE GLEBE MURDER
DENTIST'S ASSISTANT ARRESTED.

Acting under instruction? of the Sydney police detectives arrested Campbell Moir, a ( dentist's assistant, aged nineteen, oir a charge of murdering Trevascus, a mineralogist, at Glebe. The detectives learned that a young man answering to the published description applied to a- dentist for employment, and went to Essendon, where they discovered Moir living in a furnished room with his wife. His linger printe were taken for comparison with those found in Trevascus' room. Received 23, 1.5 a.m. Sydney, November 22. Moir, who was recently married, left Sydney with his wife on the Sunday after Trevascus had been murdered, and has been living in Melbourne under the assumed name of Cannicliael. The Sydney police obtained specimens of his handwriting, which, it is stated compares with that in the letter addressed to Trevascus from'Penrith, stating he would call.
