Rome, November 20. Official reports from Tripoli state that petty Turkish attacks continue. Aeroplane observations confirm the idea that the Arabs and Turks are demoralised, and that the former are deserting in order to till their farms. Slight attacks are reported at Homs. Sharp attacks on the Italian lines at Derna on Thursday and Friday were repulsed.
