FUNCTIONS IN CHRISTCHURCH. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchureh, Last Night. The Prime Minister is expected to iirrive early this evening by motor-car from Oamaru. To-morrow, at 11 a.m., he lays the foundation stone of the Government's new departmental buildings in Worcester street, and at 3 p.m. lays the foundation stone of a new post office at Sydenham.
