WELLINGTON SESSIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Friday. A young man named Robert Reginald Brice, on various charges of forgery, was ordered to be sent to Roto Roa Island for twelve months for medical treatment. Henry Smith, a passenger by the Warfrimoo "from Sydney, was fined £ll for evading payment of duty on jewellery and fancy goods found in his luggage. A similar charge brought against Frederick Savile was adjourned for a week. J IN DIVORCE. Auckland, Friday. In the Supreme Court a decree 'nisi was granted in the divorce case William Hay v. Emily Hay, John Wolf being named as co-respondent. Respondent left her husband and two children. In a letter she said she loved Jack with all her heart, and did not think it right to live with her husband and think of the other. She begged her husband to be good and kind to the children.
