In the Magistrate's Court, before justices, .Samuel Keats was charged with the theft of a silver watch, gold ring, and articles of clothing, valued at £l2, from his mate, named William Davis. Both had been employed at the Admiral Run, Gladstone. Accused, who was about 21 years of age, was remanded to appear on the 22nd. Bail was not asked for.
