ANNUAL MEETING. ffhe annual general meeting was held on Saturday last in the Pungarehu Hall. There were twenty-two shareholders present, and Mr. M. Fleming, chairman of directors, presided. The report and balance-sheet as under were read and adopted:— Milk received at cheese factory, <i,775,5881b5; butter-fat, 201,8161bs; cheese made (factory weights) 600,7021b; lb. of milk to lib. of cheese, 10,10lb; lb. of cheese to lib. of butt«r-fat, 2*54611); milk received at butter factory, 859,1271b; butter-fat, 34,5231b; butter made, 39,8301b; lb. milk to lib. buter, 21.561b; over-run, 15.4; average test, 3.88; paid.suppliers, 11.18 d; 10'/ 2 d per lb wasJpaidVAbwu'lMbut the year to suppliers. A further payment was made in October, obsorbing £584 12s Bd, together with a.oipar «ent.-"dividend on paid-up' shares, amounting, to £124 13s 6d, leaving £IOB 7s to the credit'of the working account. The. final returns for last season's cHeese'w'ereVnow to hand, bringing the 'balance available up to £330 0s 3d. Out of this it is "intended to pay a furthere bonus of 2 per'-cent, on the year's supply,- which)'would absorb £259 5s 7d, leaving tne"Martee'to-be curried forward.
