The latter was aground, but lias been refloated. She is damaged above the waterline. BTG FIRE IX SYDNEY. Received 14, 1.3 a.m. ; Sydney, November 13. ' A fire started in large premises oc; cupied by Messrs. Partridge and Hodgson, machinery agents, and the Union Paper Company, in Clarence street. It i= now burning. The damage is serious.
