One of the Harbor Board's dredges while working near the Rattray street wharf this morning brought to the surface portion of a human body, the legs from the knees down, the head and the upper part of the body being missing, and there was nothing to assist in the identification of the remains, which had evidently been in the water a long time judging by the size of the bones/ The remains are supposed to b« those of a strongly built man. ,
