NEW ZEALAND AMATEUR ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. At the annual meeting of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association to-night Mr. E. L. Chaffey presided. The New Zealand championship meeting was allotted to the Southland centre, who will be nsked to select some date in February. Tho election of officers resulted: President, Mr. A. Mar.ryatt; vice-presi-dents, Messrs. J. C. Cusack and C. E. Bridge; auditor, Mr. C.'D. Morpeth; secr'etary and treasurer, Mr. W. G.'Talbot; ' reinstatement committee, Messrs. C. E. Bridge and W. F. Larking. Messrs. W. 11. Pollock and J. Heenan were appointed handieappers for the Australasian chain-, pionships at Athletic Park, Wellington. The, following reinstatements were made:—Richard Oonnell, South Canterbury; John McDonald, Otago, as from January 1, 1912; S. W. Davis, Hamilton, as from December 24 next. A life disqualification imposed by the Auckland centre was endorsed. E. V. Malier, of Gore, who applied for reinstatement, was ordered to stand down for three years Iran the date of his last professional performance*. John Currie, of Ileriot, \va.s recommended .to apply in two years from date of his last professional' performance. Win. Henderson, Dunulin, to apply in March 1912. The applications of G. 11. Seddon (Wellington) and G. V. Seddon (Southland) were referred to the Australasian Union. A, communication Irom the Otago Olympic and lutemation-'. al sporting executive re separate reprc'-' sentation at the Olympic Games, was referred to the Olympic committee.
