Deselves announces that the convention with Germany covers the Congo, I ban-qui and Logone basins. France cedes ISO.OOO to 230,00(1 square kilometres, but retains territory enabling her to build railways linking up French equatorial Africa. Germany recognises France's protectorate in Morocco, and will not. place obstables in the way of military, judicial and economic reforms. Future disputes by agreement will be referred to the Hague Convention.
