WELLINGTON' DOCK CONTRACT. Wei] inn ton, Wednesday. The Chief Justice occupied to-da\ hearing litigation arising out of the determination of the Wellington dock contract by the Harbor Hoard. Pitcaithlv and Co. sued John McLean and Sons for .C 20.000. Defendants were contractors for the dock, and plainfills contracted to supply the pave! and sand required. Plaintiffs contended they were entitled to the whole of the profit which would have accrued to them if tlr contract had been completed.
