At the impieht on ihe girl Gilks, on a charge of causing wliose death Mrs. Coventry. wife of Captain Coventry, was recently arrested, the verdict, was that death was due to a blow, but there was illMlllioielll evidence to show by whom mllicted. Mrs. Coventry has been remanded. The daughter of the man Gilks was formerly in Mrs. Coventry's employ.
