HYDROPHOBIA.

FROM A FOX'S BITE. Isy Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Loudon, October 17. In connection with the death of Mr. Bower, Master of the South Wilts fox hounds, who died from hydrophobia from the bite of a fox, enquiries made by the Board of Agriculture of huntsmen, farmers and veterinary surgeons do not indicate the existence of pa-t or present rabies in West Wiltshire. The enquiries are proceeding. The Daily Mail's Paris correspondent states that a doctor at the Pasteur Institute states that fox bites as a cause of hydrophobia is not unknown.
