DONALDSON v. POiSTLE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Melbourne, October 10. Donaldson and Postle have been matched to run races of 80 and 10U yards on November 13. HIGH SCHOOL RELAY RACE. To-morrow the boys of the New Plymouth High School are holding their annual relay race for the challenge cup from Waitara to New Plymouth. Six teams have entered, four containing ten eompetitiors, one eight, and the other nine. As the distance is ten miles and the relays are one mile each, it will be necessary for some lads in the lesser teams to run a double distance. The start will be from Waitara at 3 p.m., and the finish will be at the Red Houst Hotel corner shortly after 4 p.m. The contesting teams are as follows: Grant's team: Leach, Teed, ■Blundell, King, Brown, Weston, Day (2), Salt, Bacon (1). Grant (I).'

Goss's team: White, Grey, Bendall, Fordyce, Evans, Monteath, Newell, Goss. Day's team: Putt, Avann, Skelton, Fair. Kirton, Maridcr, Hooker, Kelly, Box, Day (1). Little's team: Kidd, Campbell, Beck, Ewing (2), Clemow, Burkhardt, Lepperj ITamblyn, Sinclair, Little (1). Pott's team: Hooker, Stanton, AVhitham, Mason, Hawfces, Chong, Howell, Mulloy, Pott.

Adlam's team: Richmond, Matthews, Bacon (2). Grant (2), Ewing (1), Richards, Bruce, Crone, Little (2), Adlam.
