EXTRAORDINARY EPIDEMIC. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright, Received 8, 5.5 p.m. London, October 7. There is an extraordinary epidemic of triple tragedies in addition to the Kidsgrove affair. Alexander Ingramo, of Newcastle, is charged with murdering his wife and two step-children by cutting their throats while they were in bed. Arthur Morris, a gardener residing near Glough, committed suicide after fatally shooting his wife and a young lodger with, a revolver.
