Following were the Mount Morgan returns during September:—Th« gold reduction works treated 0435 tons of ore' for 4001 ounces of gold. The copper reduction plant treated 0142 tons of silieious gold ore, .7571 tons of Many Peaks ore, and 14,048 tons of copper ore, producing 545 tons of blister copper containing 540 ounces of copper and 5396 ounces of gold. Two thousand sacks of copra have been recovered from the Taviuni, and there are fifteen thousand remaining. All must be taken out before the vessel can be raised.
