GERMANY'S FRESH DEMANDS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Paris, September 28. It is semi-officially reported that Germany's reply concerning Morocco has been received, and includes fresh demands and reservations requiring serious consideration. A MATTER OF DETAIL. Received 29, 10 p.m. Paris, September 29. M. Caillaux states that Germany's fresh proposals regarding Morocco merely relate to the modification of the formula whereon an agreement had not previously been reached, and do not relate to the economic situation, which is settled. . Several newspapers suggest that Germany is attempting to keep the Moroccan question open pending the settlement of the terms of compensation in the Congo.
