A FAMILY POISONED
A SISTER ARRESTED. By Cable—Prpss Association —Copyright. New York, September 27. Following a physician's report at New Orleans that the stomach of Elsie Crawford, who died a few days ago, contained opium, Annie Crawford, a sister, has been arrested. Elsie Crawford is the fourth member of the family to die under mysterious circumstances within fourteen months. Her father, mother and another sister died suddenly previously. Annie is a beneficiary in the policies on the lives of the deceased.
