THE POWER OF STRIKERS. By Cable-T-Prees Association—Copyright. Received 28, 10 p.m. London. September 28. Four representatives of Irish railways gave evidence at the Railway Commission. The manager of the Midland and Great Western, referring to the Irish strike, said it seemed inconceivable that the Amalgamated Raihvaymen should have the power to paralyse the trade of the country, and yet go unpunished. It was an unfortunate state of the, law, which ought to be remedied.
