The following is the mine manager's report for tae week ending September 16, 1911: Gordon —The low level cross-cut In this section has been extended 18ft for the week, leaving 20ft to drive to reach Oorbett's Reef. Very little work has been done on the George Reef this week owing to being short-handed. Volunteer—The low level in this section has been advanced 9ft during the week, making a total distance from the starting point of 212 ft. The country is a little firmer than was the case 'last week.
